Avid Legal PLLC
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Avid Legal PLLC handles information collected through this website.
Information you provide
We collect the information you submit through the transaction inquiry form, including contact information and details you choose to provide about a potential transaction. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information before the firm confirms an engagement.
Site and advertising information
If you accept cookies, the site loads Google Analytics, the Google Ads tag, LinkedIn Insight, and OpenAI’s ChatGPT ads measurement tag. Those providers may receive technical information such as device, browser, pages viewed, referral source, campaign parameters, and advertising identifiers. If you decline, those optional tools are not loaded. If you accept cookies, the phone number shown on this site may be replaced by a Google forwarding number so we can tell which advertising leads to calls; calls to a forwarding number are connected to the firm as usual, and Google reports call measurement data to us. If you decline, the site’s own number is shown and Google does not measure calls.
How we use and share information
We use submitted information to evaluate and respond to inquiries, operate the site, maintain records, prevent abuse, and understand marketing performance. Service providers supporting hosting, lead intake, email notification, analytics, and advertising process information for those purposes. We do not sell personal information for money.
ProjectOS and attribution
Inquiry information is sent to Avid Legal’s ProjectOS intake system. With your inquiry we record the website and language, your form selections, the page you arrived on, the referring site your browser reports, any campaign or ad-click codes in the link you followed to reach us, and whether you accepted cookies, so the firm can respond and know how you found us. We keep these details in our own records whether or not you accept cookies. Your browser holds the link codes only for the current tab, until it is closed. If you reached us through an ad, we may report that ad’s click identifier (not your name or contact details) back to the ad platform, such as Google Ads, so it can count the inquiry.
